    Extremely serious. The rare problems that existed were solved in the shortest possible time. I don't know if everyone has our luck or not, but our account manager, Aleksandra won us over.

    I have made several purchases from EuroLots and each time the order was accurate as to the description. Delivery times in 4 of 5 cases were very satisfying, the 5th is taking a bit longer but - this is life... no harmed feelings... My last orders were cared for by Dimitar Kolev and 5* for him! Highly responsive, engaged, and kind. I fully recommend EuroLots and Dimitar.

    Very good b2b service. Fast shipping and great customer service. Even when having an issue, they reply fast and solve the problem fast.
